Another feature I liked very much is the chat room. You, alongside roughly 5,000-10,000 players, can join the live chat and display your message on the casino’s front page in real-time. The messages add another compelling social element to an excellent social casino and aren’t censored or require approval in any way, for better or worse. 

Customer Support 

So many casinos these days use AI chat bots to mimic customer support. Not Stake.us casino. The casino sports an excellent Live Chat channel to go with a best-in-class Help Center with over 100 articles where you can find most of your questions answered.

Verdict  

Stake.us is one of the best sweepstakes casinos in the US. It features over 1,200 casino games, engaging bonuses, and one of the most active chat rooms I’ve seen in a while. The design is easy on the eye, while the banking worked flawlessly during testing. 

The casino’s main drawback is that it sticks to crypto only and that it lacks a dedicated app. We’d like to see at least Visa or Mastercard join the purchase methods, as that would definitely elevate Stake US even further. Even without them, I heartily recommend it.
