Did my withdrawal in Febrary, they did not pay until today 11th of April. Waiting 45 business days which is more than double the amount the support tells you for withdrawals (21 business days). All I hear from support is cheap excuses and reasons why they cannot process this withdrawal. I have been chasing nearly daily and they sent reminders to the „financial department“ over 20 times now - and nothing happened. No matter how long you wait, they will always ask you for „a little more patience“ and tell you that this will „be solved soon“ and they „hope that you will get your money soon“. Obviously, they do not care about me at all and the only thing they seem to want is to cheat me on my money. But the worst thing is that they show me that they really love to scam me - by being unfriendly or just cutting off the chat whenever they want, regardless whether I am sad, helpless or desperate.
