Good day ,
A few month ago I started at 1 RED casino . They accepts players from South Africa. I checked some forums and they got so much credits that I thought it was soon . As I am a high role player soon I got a VIP manager Dominic . After an other dispute I put a claim first to casino . As I found out that they play illegal , after receiving all evidence from the South African authorities. The casino lies are so big I can’t even tell .
My claim was rejected but I did a lot of research. Suddenly the casino felt my breath and stoped communication. The casino has a Curacao licence . I did everthing. Sent everyone a email etc
I want them to pay back my deposits . I didnt signed up for illegal gambling Abd more .

As I went further in my own information there are also connection with Cyprus . But Bets entertainment N.V . Also screenshots that my VIP manager gave me about a licence on Costa rica.. They manipulated to give free spins for good reviews . Casino is aware of everything. They were cooperative untill I started to investigate. They accepted my money plus also a KyC check .

Good day, As per our telephone conversation on 11/11/2024, 1 would like to confirm that the said website is offering illegal online gambling as is not license by any regulator in South Africa. We further advise that you should refrain from gambling using unlicensed operators and we will record the website on our data base and notify our stakeholders including the SAPS. As extra confusion they also sent me while ago a screen shot from a licence in Costa Rica . I will also sent it to you .
