SCAM ALERT ! CASINO MEGA- STOLEN 50.000 Eur AVOID this CASINO or will steal your money!
1. Username: Magic9090 i lost a fortune in their casino in past months, and there was 0 problems with withdrawals and KYC. Then i deposited 5.000 euro and won at casino around 50.000 Euros (200.000 PLN) as you can see on screenshot
2. Placed 3 live bets on basketball on 12.500. euros, 2 won bets were CANCELED due to “incorrect ODDS” but 3rd bet on same match and close time was LOST and stand as LOST – no issues of course because bet was lost. obciously there is a bullshit, all bets should be SETTLED as WON/LOST or canceled!

3.from 13 August till today exchanged hundrets of messege and mails, completly ignored and copy paste responses from VIP manager on whatsapp and liveChat. Also Affilate manager : https://ibb.co/7dwchSp9

4. Requested full remaining amount (50.000 Euros / 200.000 PLN, was declined and account suddenly required checking without any reason or explanation.

5. decded to close account and according T&C would be entintled to instant withdrawals full balance. But my 20+ atepmts were ignored, even if they replied on other questions. Keep saying that my account is valid i can use it – LOSE IT ALL and PROBLEM SOLVED for MegaCasino.
6. 17 august i requested SelfExlusion to get instant closure due to Responsible Gambling mandatory terms. Till now didn’t get reply even on that, Request was sent on LiveChat and VIP manager MANY TIMES- IGNORED to make me lose all funds.

THIS IS WHAT CASINOS FROM GROUP CASINOMEGA – SULTANBET – lilibet – Jet10 – Cricbaba – all brands are from the same owner and with the same practise to ruin their clients, if they keep loosing everything is fine but if you want to withdraw your money there is not possible on higher amounts. they will make you LOSE anyway.
This is my experience with MEGACASINO – i HOPE IT WILL PREVENT YOU TO LOSE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID.

i HOPE YOU CAN HELP ME TO GET THEM JUDGMENT AS THEY DESERVED. is there anything i can do to get help from you as Affiliate who promotes CASINO like this ? and Destroy gamblers like me and 70% your FTDs ?

also they contacted me out of nowhere on whatsapp to invite me to Sultanbet and later to CasinoMega. HOW THEY GET MY NUMBER? inviting in Poland to illegal casino? i asked them if its legal they said of course it is so i trusted them (stupid but did it for bonus on start)

Regarding the disputed bets, these were cancelled due to incorrect odds of the particular market, in line with our Terms and Conditions; while other bets placed on unaffected markets from the same event were settled normally.
