Back in September, I was able to sign up, deposit and wager over £2000 to this site as a UK resident. Unfortunately as this company not licensed in the UK and I have proof of this through the UK Gambling Comission, meaning their withdrawal policies are deliberately set so the customer can reverse withdrawals repeatedly and lose their money, I lost all my money. However, I read their terms and conditions when I signed up, which prohibit residents from the UK signing up and depositing real money. I verified myself as well and they were able to approve my account, so they obviously knew where I was from. I asked for a refund after this and they cited that I used up my funds as per my terms and conditions. But my argument is that they broke their own terms and conditions by allowing me to sign up. They are using third party merchants to miscode and disguide my transactions via transaction laundering and I am requesting all my money back. I have repeatedly contacted them but have no reply. I have reported all of their payment processors to their federal regulators due to their involvment with the company.
