Want pay out my withdrawal

I won after depositing around 750 euro’s 3503 euro on a netent game. I played the bonus i got all the way True so i could make a withdrawal. I did that on 9 march. I played by the rules in there termes and conditions etcetera… normally a withdrawal takes 5-21 workdays. But nothing happend during that time. After waiting 21 workdays i asked why my withdrawal is still awaiting?! Now always the same email back, sometimes it can take a time longer to check everything on a account, if i played fair by there termes and conditions, to look at every game etcetera…no one will help me there are answers me with something different. I ask to contact financiële departement myself if they even have one but no answer nothing!! I just want my money i won but i dont seem to get it ever. So like i have seen before in reviews all over the internet i think everybody is right and its a Total scam!! Im waiting 29 workdays now and still i did not get my withdrawal payd out!!!

Please can somebody help me?? I really need that money and i won it fair and played by there rules. Nobody will help me in emails or chat. Please help me???
