I won £800 and tik tak keep telling me that my bank has refused payment so I rang both my banks this morning and they said that a payment hasn’t even been tried to be made this has being going on for 2 weeks now, not getting anywhere with the live chat. Tried emailing them still nothing. Thought it was wired that 2 banks have refused payment.
