I have had multiple withdrawals from this casino and almost all the time had no issues.
I withdrew £800, £450 and £350 on 31st October. I received £450.
I withdrew 2 x £1,000 on 1st November. Received nothing.
I withdrew £1,000 on 2nd November. Received nothing.
I withdrew £200 on 2nd November and received this.

I have contacted live chat over 40 times to be told it has been sent. My bank cannot find these transactions. Ive asked numerous times in the live chat for a receipt or a transaction proof that will help by bank locate it. Nothing. No reply. No help. Nothing.

Ive been told its sent then i need to reverify my account which i sent all the documentation over 5 times. 5 days later… still nothing.

Ive emailed over 30 times asking for help – No responce which helps me and no proof still the payments were sent.

They said they emailed me on 1st a November asking for ID – no such email.

If that is the case why did they process the £200 which was withdrew on the 2nd november.

Live chat genuinely have no idea what is going on.

I logged on today and seen the option to upload documents in my account so i did. They went from under review to confirmed. I still had a notification i needed to verify something else but nothing is being asked for at all in the section.

My docs and id was marked as confirmed, green and ticked yet they are saying its still being looked at by KYC. I dont believe it.

The live chat are saying its been completed at their end but the payment provider needs ID. This has been sent over and over again yet no update on it from anyone.

Keep saying someone will email within 24 hours – 6 days ago – No email. I was level 5 VIP with this company and deposited daily. Im gutted to say i think they are not going to pay out my winnings and will not hear back from them. Honestly, i will not be depositing again

Update: Funds released but from a different crypto bank that they sent previous deposits so funds were rejected by bank and sent back to the comany. Funds not in casino account. Again, no replies :( No idea where the money is

Update: still no replies from the company despite me sending all the info i got from my bank which will allow them to track the returned transactions
