Long story short, won a huge jackpot then 2 days later couldn’t access my account. been playing on the site for a couple of years with no problems at all. I am verified etc. Despite daily emails to the support team every response it the same just written differently, saying it has been escalated to a different department, when challenged over which department no one can say.
