Premium software provider Mancala has managed to create another stunning and unique game with their latest slot, The Last Quack.
This unique slot game was released on the 5th of April to all players who love nostalgia and arcade games. Check our list of Mancala Gaming casinos to play this brand-new title.
The first thing you’ll notice about this charming slot is its quirky and vibrant retro style that is bound to inject joy into anyone playing the game. You’re transported to the picturesque lakeside setting, with cute otters frolicking nearby and the sun shining overhead. The premise of the game is slightly less carefree, though. As you sit in the grass, a flock of ducks flies overhead, and you’ve set your target on them.
There are ten coloured ducks that will soar across your screen as the shotgun loads and takes aim to bring as many down as possible. Even those that aren’t hunters at heart will appreciate the beautiful gameplay unfolding on the screen as each duck felled pays out a handsome sum.
Unlike the usual slots you find at online casinos, which have reels and rows lined up on the screen with varying symbols, this game isn’t restricted to certain areas. The random number generator (RNG) software simply randomly selects which ducks are due to be dinner and awards you the relevant payout. It’s certainly a welcome variation on a classic casino favourite.
Although the main mechanic of the game is duck target practice, there are also some great features that help to keep the game engaging. This is especially required as it is a low volatility slot which requires some patience to receive the big game rewards.
The bonus game can trigger in two ways; the first is if you choose to use the buy-in feature so that it automatically begins on your next round. The other way is if your unlucky huntsman misses every single bird on the screen, in which case you’ll get a shot at 10 free rounds, where chances of hitting the target are increased, and multipliers of 5x are added in the mix.
One quirky little addition to the game that we personally enjoyed was the option to play in “bloody mode”, which added a little extra light-hearted gore to the game. While we might not be quite the hunting type, the attention to detail and unusual animations were really enjoyable during the gameplay.
