With a bonus as good as this, you’d think there is some fine print limiting your chances of winning. I’m glad to report that that’s not the case. The terms are very much in line with what you’ll find in much more established operators. 

For starters, the bonus amount must be wagered 35x before being eligible for withdrawals. Then, the maximum potential payout is 10 times the bonus amount. In practice, this means that with your first deposit of €100, the maximum amount you can win is €3,000. 

Further, not all games contribute to wagering requirements equally. Only slots and scratch cards do, and this is the only slight disadvantage in FlashDash’s otherwise excellent welcome bonus.

VIP program 

The FlashDash VIP program could use some improvement. It’s a little bare bones, if you ask me, and the progression takes a lot of time. 

There are 5 VIP levels, and you climb up by collecting loyalty points. For every €10 you wager on slots, you earn 1 point. Level 2 (Master) starts at 1250 points, while level 5 (Flash) unlocks with 50,000 loyalty points. 

The rewards include daily cashback (10% to 20%) with varying wagering requirements, instant rewards, special bonuses, and a dedicated VIP manager.

The bottom line is, I found little incentive to progress past level 3. That’s where you get 14% daily cashback up to €200 with the wagering requirements of 5x. Unlike other recently reviewed VIP casinos where going all the way makes sense. 

FlashDash Casino Game Selection 

Many new online casinos falter when it comes to game variety, but FlashDash manages to pull through. With over 4,000 games from more than 40 providers, the selection looks good on paper. Online slots lead the pack, followed by table games like poker and roulette. 

However, the game categorization leaves much to be desired—it’s practically nonexistent and needs improvement.

Thankfully, the provider filter works well most of the time, making it easy to find my favorite slots. I spent most of my time playing Jungle Queen (BGaming), A Big Catch (Betsoft), and Divine Drop (Hacksaw Gaming), while the top FlashDash game discovery was Golden Brew by Endorphina. User Experience and Navigation  

Navigating FlashDash casino swings from flawless to subpar. The site itself is well-optimized, and I had no problem with the game loading speeds. 

On the other hand, the website filters are clunky. The game categorization is not very good (romantic category, anyone?), and some filters (like the one for Pragmatic Play) were completely broken. A solid C, if you ask me. 

Security

At this point, the only support channel is email, and I can confirm that it works perfectly well. My inquiries were answered in less than 30 minutes and in a friendly yet professional manner. 

Is FlashDash Worth It?  

FlashDash has a lot going for a new casino. It’s clearly a work in progress, and some features like live chat could be improved, but I have no doubt that FlashDash folks are working on it as we speak.
