Hi!

The horror show with heybets.io started in late June of 2023. I deposited 0.2 btc. I played as normally do, at this casino. I placed sports bets and live casino bets. The sportsbets were on the Champions league qualifier. There were some injury news on the Shamrock Rovers-Breidablik match, so I placed a couple of 200 $ bets, but I got instant limited so that was the story of my sports betting with heybets. I tried to withdraw as I found it unfair that I only could place two bets and no more. What kind of site limits your betting stake after so little time? But ok. I sent in ID. And I expect to withdraw. I received this message from support after 3 weeks (03.08.23):

“Hey hubby! 🙂 Your account is now fully verified.🎉 Please note that you can only withdraw after you have wagered your deposit at least once due to §10.2. of our Terms of Service (https://heybets.io/tos). In your case, you still need to wager 6341,23$ before being able to withdraw. If you have any further questions or concerns don’t hesitate to contact our support team.🤝 Best regards, Luke”

I expect to withdraw, but no worries I can wager 0.21 btc on casino and then withdraw.

I wagered the rest in the live casino where I won 0.04 btc. I tried to withdraw but this function was taken away. I therefore submitted a complaint at casino.guru.

I made a complaint at casino.guru. It took two weeks for heybets to respond. They had changed from “your account is fully verified. We will pay after wagering.” (03.08.23) to this to this in the complaint:

-“I can confirm that the user signed up on the 29th of June on our platform”
This is correct
“-He started placing bet’s on multiple sport events (see screenshot attached)”
Only approved sportsbet on Shamrock Rovers – Breidablik event if I remeber correctly. You can see in the screenshot that only the 200 $ bets were approved. The larger ones were rejected by their odds proivder.
-“On the 15th of July our Sport’s and Odd’s Provider “Betby” alerted us of fraudulent activity from the user”
What is “fradulent” about my bets on Shamrock Rovers Breidablik? That the bets were good.That I tried to place bigger bets than allowed (they were ulimatly rejected and funds back my account)

-We then deactivated the users account and requested KYC while we investigate their sports activity
Another lie. Will attch proof to casinobee. You only deactived my account after your repsonse to the casino.guru post 18.08.23″ I could place bets in the sprotsbook and casino from 15.07.23 to 18.08.23 both in the casino and sportsbook.

To this to that they had disabled my account since 15.07.23, which is untrue. They called my injury news bets “fraudualent”. As of 18.08.2023. I have no access to my account or funds inside it. It is now 21.08.23 and I have not received any update as to what will happen to my deposit and the winnings inside it.

There is always two side of the story. I have tried to be objective in this review. But my story with @heybets is more of a nightmare than anything else from my perspective. I can understand that they don’t like my bets, but to call them fraudulent is objectively wrong. It is the sportsbook’s fault that they can’t price champions league properly. To disabling my account and access to my 0.25 BTC over a couple of 0.008 BTC bets is a blatant scam.

Please let me know @heybets if there is anything I have left out?
