I did have an account with heycasino and i did close that for gambling problem but after that i could open up an new account with heycasino and make more deposit. So i want a refound back from Hey casino

Hello Loww, We have received the reply from the casino: "We have decided as a policy to not answer via websites and forums to players. Moreover, I can guarantee you that if he closed his account, he wouldn't be able to deposit again. He has to contact [email protected], and he will get attended." Since the casino refused to cooperate, unfortunately, we cannot help you to solve the case. However, we will decrease the rating of the casino to avoid any further similar cases.
