We have received the reply from the casino:
"We have decided as a policy to not answer via websites and forums to players. Moreover, I can guarantee you that if he closed his account, he wouldn't be able to deposit again. He has to contact support@heycasino.com, and he will get attended."
Since the casino refused to cooperate, unfortunately, we cannot help you to solve the case.
However, we will decrease the rating of the casino to avoid any further similar cases.
