I registered the account with bitslot casino, made a deposit of 0.022btc and they disabled my account. I did not have a chance to even make a spin. I contacted the support, they told me to write an email which I did and up till now my funds have not been returned. I made the deposit on March 26th. Couple of days after they disabled the account they asked for my btc address to return the funds but since then whenever I write them an email they just always reply the same thing:
We will get back to you as soon as possible! But we need time to figure it out, as your problem is individual.

The player`s account was blocked by the security system. According to the terms of the site: “The Company reserves the right to terminate the user account and suspend all payouts to the player. This decision is at sole discretion of the Company and the player will not be notified or informed about the reasons of such actions. The Company also reserves the right to inform the regulatory bodies of such fraudulent actions performed by the player.” As the customer was blocked on our site after making a deposit, we asked for the player’s crypto address and refunded his deposit on April 05, 2023, at 08:47 UTC.
