Had 600$ in my account and wanted to close the account from my Australian account told them I need this closed and remaining $600 out they disagreed and 48 hours later defused and took my money

The account was immediately blocked upon request and you were notified. However, as we can see, later you create a new account, initiated 3 deposits, activated the bonus for each deposit, and received winnings. Given all the above facts, we were forced to write off your winnings to the amount of your deposits.
