I signed up to luck of spins some time ago. Back in Nov 22 I asked the casino to close my account and all affiliated accounts as I have a gambling problem. They would only suspend it for 30days. I asked them to suspend it for longer, and asked if they had a way to apply deposit limits they didn’t reply. After the 30days it allowed me to deposit. In March I begged and pleaded again to close my account which they did. Their terms and conditions state they can close the account. They have no responsible gambling controls in place. I challenged them in March and they acknowledged my complaint and their support staff seemed supportive of the claim and said it just needed to go back to the board to be approved. They have now come back after 3 months and said you have used and lost your funds fair and square and in case of winnings you would have had received everything without any issues therefore nothing can or will ever be returned back to you.’

My grounds for complaint is if they would of closed my account when I asked back in November I wouldn’t of been able to deposit a further £23,000. Clearly a gambling problem and no controls at all in place. At no point was any verification asked for or restrictions put on my account. At no point even after wins did I try to withdraw money, due to my gambling nature. I have asked for further comments and details of the betting board who they refer to in their terms and conditions for unsatisfactory comaint resolution but nothing.
