I requested a withdrawal on 3rd November 2021. As of today, the 10th January 2022, it is still pending. I have chased it up via customer chat and email and only ever get the standard response of sometimes withdrawals take longer. This has been over two months and nothing is changing. I can still log into my account but won’t be depositing again until they pay put.
