Ich bin seit Jahr 2021 bei dem Schwestercasino Pledoo.com wegen Spielsucht gesperrt und habe den beiden Casino auch meine ärztliche bestätigte Diagnose, pathologische Glücksspielsucht F 63.0 aus Jahr 2021 geschickt.

Trotzdem konnte ich mich danach mit den gleichen Daten bei Betitall casino registrieren und 528 Euro verspielen, obwohl ich im Unternehmen des Casino bei den Schwestercasino wegen Spielsucht gesperrt bin.

Ich wurde gegen den Spielerschutz verstoßen, deshalb fordere ich die Spieleinsätze zurück.

Upon receiving the client's request on December 31, 2022, to close their gaming account on Bet It All project, the account was promptly and permanently blocked, with no possibility of reactivation. Terms and Conditions: 3.8.4. Bet it all Security department cannot set any blocks and/or restrictions on users account in other online casinos. 3.8.5. Bet it all Security department cannot set any blocks and/or restrictions on users account that isn't registered on Bet it All. 3.1. The Customer has to open an account for personal use at Bet it All to be able to participate in games and services offered by Bet it All. Bet it all operates under its own independent administration and maintains a separate client database. It is not affiliated with, connected to, or influenced by any other projects or platforms. Dear Sir or Madam, I am referring to the feedback from Betitall Casino. Before registering with Betitall, I had my account blocked at the sister casino Pledoo.com, and the casino's statement that Betitall is an independent casino is completely false. Nevertheless, I was able to register with Betitall using the same details that I used at the sister casino Pledoo.com. For player protection reasons, the casino is obligated to block a player in such a way that the player cannot register at other casinos of the same brand. Although the company Momus2006 nv knew about my gambling addiction and I demonstrably had myself blocked at the sister casino Pledoo.com due to gambling addiction (see email attached), I was later able to register again at Betitall Casino using the same details and email address and lose money. Due to violations of player protection, I request a refund of the stakes I deposited at Betitall. Both Pledoo and Betitall casinos operate under the same company/license. As soon as the refund is received from Betitall casino, I will gladly sign a settlement agreement and confidentiality agreement, thereby settling my claims against the casino company. Furthermore, since 2021, I have been medically diagnosed with pathological gambling addiction, diagnosis F 63.0 (see appendix), which also states by law that the gaming contracts are void. The other casino companies ban a player from all online casinos as soon as they are informed of their gambling addiction.
