Dear Sir or Madam, I am referring to the feedback from Betitall Casino. Before registering with Betitall, I had my account blocked at the sister casino Pledoo.com, and the casino's statement that Betitall is an independent casino is completely false. Nevertheless, I was able to register with Betitall using the same details that I used at the sister casino Pledoo.com. For player protection reasons, the casino is obligated to block a player in such a way that the player cannot register at other casinos of the same brand. Although the company Momus2006 nv knew about my gambling addiction and I demonstrably had myself blocked at the sister casino Pledoo.com due to gambling addiction (see email attached), I was later able to register again at Betitall Casino using the same details and email address and lose money. Due to violations of player protection, I request a refund of the stakes I deposited at Betitall. Both Pledoo and Betitall casinos operate under the same company/license. As soon as the refund is received from Betitall casino, I will gladly sign a settlement agreement and confidentiality agreement, thereby settling my claims against the casino company. Furthermore, since 2021, I have been medically diagnosed with pathological gambling addiction, diagnosis F 63.0 (see appendix), which also states by law that the gaming contracts are void. The other casino companies ban a player from all online casinos as soon as they are informed of their gambling addiction.
