Hi I deposited money at Casinowin around 100 English pounds no bonuses attached. I got lucky and won 300 pounds and withdrew from my account. This was on the 12th of July. I have yet to receive my funds, I have contacted support who are not helpful and tell me to keep been patient. On website it clearly states 7-21 working days to process. This is simply not true, I actually believe I will never see the money owed. Can you guys help please.Kind regards Paul

Unfortunately, we already received another complaint in the past about the casino and they did not respond to us at all. We have already reduced the rating for the casino. I'm really sorry that we could not help you more but as the casino is non-responsive, there isn't much we can do.
