Hi,
I registered an account at vivadice a while ago and claimed their welcome bonus for new players.
I deposited 100€ and recieved 200€ in bonus.
I did several hundred spins betting 5€ and several hundred pins betting 3€ but nothing happened to the wagering of my bonus.
I played the games in their own list of bonus wagering games but still it dod not wager anything.
I was in contact daily with their live support who always told me the same wait for an email.
Everyday the same answer.
I asked them to paus my active bonus while trying to solve this issue but they just let it expire and did not solve the issue at all.
I have the conversation transcript on my email that i can forward to you to see how they have handled this.
