I made several deposits to Betcoco, placed several sports betting bets, fully verified my account and then after some time made a withdrawal request using the same crypto method I used to deposit.

It’s now been more than s week even though they say it takes 72 hrs to process a withdrawal. The only response I get from them is that they have some delays and that it’s been forwarded, etc, etc.

Is there anything that can be done from your side to help me? I will send you any docs and info you ask.
