I processed a withdrawal 9 weeks ago with casinowin.bet. I have emailed the customer care who no longer reply to me. The live chat just say be patient and can’t tell me anything. I verified my account instantly on winning but still havent been paid. Please help as this is far too long to be waiting. 15th June was exact date of withdrawal

Unfortunately, we already received another complaint in the past about the casino and they did not respond to us at all. We have already reduced the rating for the casino.
