I won 3000€ and requested 4 payouts. No one has answered my emails for 17 days. The chat is very rarely manned. They either don’t answer at all or, if you’re lucky, they tell you to write to support. I have just done that 10 times. But there is no answer. Nordis is only interested in deposits. Withdrawals are blocked. Maybe you can help me.
