On the page it says that bank transfer should take 24-48 hours and it’s been over 48 hours so I spoke to them on the live chat and they said it will take about 7-10 days now, I keep seeing people complain about not getting their money as well

I got in touch with them again today, saying it has been 7 days now and I got told it should be accepted after 24-48 hours when I was speaking to one of them on the live chat, they also said it would take 7-10 days to wire it through but now they have changed the story and said it takes 7-21 business days

Hi Sintija, we got in touch with the casino and they confirmed that they will look into your case but they do not respond to our queries anymore. We are going to decrease the casino's rating on our website and announce that the casino is not cooperating to solve the case.
